This year I only do private cake workshop. More to custom need. My student is an artist. She loves flowers. She has some basic cake decorating skills already & would love to up skill. She wants to learn to use Russian piping tips. I taught her as well to mask the cake smoothly. This school holiday we ran cupcake decorating classes for kids. The response was very overwhelming. We did full classes from monday to friday. The kids did amazing job. Everyone tried hard and so creative. The shopkins theme was great for the girls. For the mixed gender, we did more neutral themes: food & garden. If you notice, kids were so creative. Another Cake workshop from last weekend. It's amazing to see everytime students learn this skill. This time we did abstract cake again. The fun thing with this design is, everyone can't go wrong :) The final result is always satisfying. It's good to see creativity here.
