Minnie Mouse Cake for Lauren’s 1st Bday

This is an order from my loyal customer. Her daughter, Lauren, turns to 1. She’s wearing Minnie Mouse outfit, so I just thought I could match the cake with her dress.

Ruffles are so in these days..so this is a perfect opportunity to make it

The cake is an 8″ Vanilla cake with pink ombre inside (you can see the picture at the bottom). This is filled with Bubblegum Swiss Meringue Buttercream.

The hat is originally planned from styro, but when the styro arrived, it was too small. So I ended up using Krispy Treats.<
