This order is quite unique. Anita found me through Facebook. She was in the USA to start with. It was a few months before her wedding date. We emailed each other until I met her just a week before the wedding, as she wanted to taste the cakes!!
The cake design belongs to someone that I can’t give credit to. She emailed me the picture. She’s having a Vintage Wedding Theme in a Cafe in Fremantle, with a vintage setting.
It’s pretty fun to play with the lace moulds. The peony is a closed peony, which is my first time making it.
The top tier is a gluten free chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache. This is a special request for her fiance.
The bottom tier is a chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache.
