Karen got to know me from an acquaintance that does an event organising business. She wants me to make a 4-tiered wedding cake with roses in between & studded pearls on the cake.
This is my first 4-tiered cake with blocked roses. Btw, the roses are artificial. I was quite a bit unsure with the final result.
With much advice, googling & off course, the wisdom of God, the cake ended up standing very elegantly & strongly. Phew! Praise God.
Each tier consists of 3 layers cake: vanilla-chocolate-vanilla butter cake sandwiched with Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream & coated with White Chocolate Ganache.
