Cyclist Cake for Scott

Scott’s wife got to know me from another cake decorator’s recommendation. Until now I have no idea who she is

She wanted to organise a surprised birthday party for Scott’s 40th birthday. Since he is into cycling, she thought of using his cycling picture on the cake.

The chevron is just one time-consuming part of the cake. I’m happy with the result,though.

The cake inside is chocolate mudcake with dark chocolate ganache.

She was very pleased when picking up the cake. The edible image is so real as the real picture
