A new customer rang me about 3 weeks before the due date. She wanted to give this cake for her mom’s birthday.
She liked the previous wedding cake that I made last year. Same aqua colour, 2-tiered cake, decorated with stencils & roses.
The cake is Mandarin Cheesecake filled with Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream & coated with White Chocolate Ganache.
