Wedding Cake for Mei & Daniel


Mei contacted me more than a year ago. She wanted me to make a wedding cake and macarons favours.

This cake is simple and beautiful. Decorated with Gold dragees and topped with a bunch of wafer paper peonies arrangement.

This is the first time I use wafer paper. I love it. So lightweight and quick to make.

Top tier: Fruit Cake

Middle & Bottom Tiers: Vanilla Cake torted with White Chocolate Ganache & Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream, coated with White Chocolate Ganache.
