ABC cake for Amelia

A request for Amelia’s 2nd birthday.

I was given the image and the client wanted more colourful cake.

The top tier is Chocolate Mud cake with Dark Chocolate Ganache.

Bottom tier is Red Velvet with Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream, coated with White Chocolate Ganache.

I love how it turned out regardless of the extra time achieved to put it all together.
